I would definitely recommend John and his company to serve your security needs. The service was exceptional and installation quick and easy. With insurance rates on residences being an all-time high, your premiums are reduced with an installation, especially with the water and temperature monitoring. I love the mobile app as well!

I am extremely pleased with the staff at Northstar. John came to my house and explained what would be a good security system for my family. And he gave me an outstanding rate. And the gentleman who installed it was amazing as well. He showed me how to properly use the system and went out of his way to mount it to the wall even though we had requested the desktop. I look forward to a long relationship with Northstar. Thank you gentleman. We feel much safer at night.❤️

I don't normally write reviews but I had a fantastic experience with Northstar Security and felt that I should share it. My sales representative Jon was attentive and not pushy (I hate salespeople that use high-pressure tactics!). He discussed the system and my needs thoroughly and made it easy for me to understand and use. I love the convenience of being able to adjust my thermostat or unlock the door from my phone. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a straight shooter with no hidden costs or upselling. A+
